The unveiling of its inaugural retail partners will consist of eight distinct concepts explored over 90,000 square feet across two levels. Additional concepts have also been slated to debut in 2024, with the property's grand opening taking place on 13 December.

The curated collection features a number of globally recognised designers and brands such as Chrome Hearts, Giuseppe Zanotti and Missoni, alongside original concepts by Fontainebleau Development.

Brooke Soffer, Fontainebleau Development's Vice President of Corporate Retail, stated: "Our approach to retail is centered around 'unexpected gems' – curating luxury brands and products that are not commonly found on the Strip.

"Just as we have done for decades, we have sought out brand partners beyond the traditional, emphasising uniqueness and the ability to develop a connection with our guests.

"This way, slots 1 centimo every interaction between guests and our retail partners becomes part of their Fontainebleau Las Vegas memories. They're able to look at every piece as a beloved keepsake from their time with us."

Some of the original concepts Fontainebleau will be offering include Cocoa Dolce, a store selling premium handcrafted chocolates; Ora, a multi-brand accessory shopping experience featuring jewellery, handbags and luxury sunglasses; and FB Express, a space providing a range of luxury goods such as spa and wellness products.

Fontainebleau has also announced plans for additional luxury fashion brands and designers in 2024, and the company aims to position itself as a noteworthy destination for retail experiences on the Las Vegas Strip going forward.

This news comes after Fontainebleau won regulatory approval in November of this year, an update that will see the casino opening its doors on 13 December.
